I know. You’ve been waiting for another blog on health and wellness.
Plenty is out there about how get healthy and fit. About how to eat and exercise properly. About how to have more balance and reduce stress. There’s no shortage of info and I really don’t want to write more about it.
What geeks me up is figuring out how to live it.
In his first letter to the church at Corinth Paul writes “‘I have the right to do anything,’ you say–but not everything is beneficial. ‘I have the right to do anything’–but I will not be mastered by anything.”
Can you relate? You don’t want to be told what to do – or not – but giving yourself free reign feels scary. Like you’ll dive into a bag of Oreo’s and come up for breath a week later, disoriented and kicking yourself.
The overarching issue I want to speak to is how to live responsibly in freedom. I’ll share stuff that works for me and my clients. And I’ll share where it went wrong. And if you’re comfortable, I hope you’ll engage and share, too.
Blessings on this wonderful journey! – hlm
